The 119,000-SF space contains the best vendors in Round Top, and was designed and built by Paul Michael to be functional and accommodating for them and for their clients. Whether it’s strolling through the open-air breezeways, loading and unloading merchandise, or having a meal, there is an ease to navigating the building. And, during the shows, Paul Michael, wife Debbie, son Jake, and daughter Elizabeth, are personally on hand each day to help in any way.
Entering through the sliding doors of the Paul Michael Company, it is immediately inviting, calm and comfortable. It feels like coming home. Market Hill not only offers the most appealing amenities like casual dining, free parking, A/C, free WiFi, and clean restrooms, it also provides a welcome break from the pick, as everything here is well curated.
“With Market Hill, first and foremost, we have cultivated some of the best vendors under one roof who work very hard to bring the best of the best they can possibly find, every show, show after show,” says vendor Ender Tasci of The Elephant Walk. “We all want comfort. Market Hill provides all of those comforts to anyone who is coming to experience Round Top. It gives them a break from the elements, a break from the diversity [of high and low pieces]. We carry the top quality in the marketplace, and we’re proud of it,” Ender says.
New this year, the Paul Michael Company will be setting up its famous Christmas and Holiday Extravaganza. Shoppers can enjoy the magic of the Nutcracker Market right in front of Market Hill through December 15. Market Hill has also expanded to Dallas. Market Hill on Sixth is 24,000 SF of beautiful art, furniture, crystals, geodes and curiosities. Located in the Dallas Market Center, Market Hill on Sixth is open to registered buyers only.
